Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC) is a chronic skin condition characterized by persistent itching, thickened skin, and inflammation. This study is evaluating a new investigational treatment for individuals with moderate to severe LSC who have not responded to previous therapies. If you have been struggling with LSC, you may qualify to participate at no cost.

Who Can Participate?

• Adults 18+ years old with LSC for at least 6 months
• Diagnosed with moderate-to-severe LSC
• Previously failed a 2-week course of medium-to-superpotent topical corticosteroids (TCS) ± topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCI) within the last 6 months (unless medically inadvisable)

Participant Benefits:

Study Duration:

• Approx. 40 weeks with 6 visits to the research site
